Gro-Grokk herbal tea is a delicious and aromatic blend that makes the perfect companion on cold days. A cup of hot Gro-Grokk tea with a touch of honey soothes the throat and pleasantly warms the body. The tea contains plenty of raspberry leaves, which support digestion and give the drink a smooth, enjoyable flavour.

When you feel a cold coming on, wrap yourself in a warm blanket and drink plenty of tea with honey.

Recommended recipe for adults: add honey and 2–5 cl of red wine, dark rum, or a herbal liqueur to a cup of tea for a comforting, warming drink.

Gro-Grokk herbal tea ingredients: Raspberry leaf and stems (Rubus idaeus) 44%, freeze-dried blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum), rose hip (Rosa canina).

Brew Instructions:

Place the tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water on top.

Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

Directions: Take 3–5 cups a day.
Storage: store in a dry place, away from direct light and strong odours.
